The first of our new series, Why I Coach takes a long look at some of the coaches in Nebraska. Where they got their start, who influenced them, and what they do as coaches and teachers to influence young athletes.
Our first coach is Kyle Peterson, who coaches football at Aurora HS. Kyle talks about growing up in Oxford, playing at Nebraska Wesleyan University, being the freshman wide receivers coach at Waverly HS, and the journey to Aurora, and getting his chance to lead a program.
